Who is responsible

Our Brand BV is responsible for processing within OuRello Cards. Questions and requests can be sent to privacy@ourello.com.

Data we process

Account data, the professional details you enter, security and audit data, and technical data needed to operate the service securely. Only fields from the version you deliberately publish become public.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide your account and card, secure the service, handle abuse and meet legal obligations. Processing is necessary to perform the agreement, based on legitimate security interests or, where required, consent.

Retention and sharing

Account data is kept while the account exists. Deleted accounts are removed from the active service; limited audit and backup data may remain temporarily where security or law requires it. We do not sell personal data or track card recipients.

Your rights

You can access, export and correct data and delete your account from the dashboard. You may also request objection, restriction or portability and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
